Return, Exchange, Refund Policy

 

  1. Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free return process. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

 

To ensure a successful return, please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains or odors. Keep all tags untacked and include the original packaging. We kindly ask that you don't remove any tags until you're sure you want to keep the item. Kindly try your items with extra care to avoid damaging delicate fabric and stitching. Returns that meet these requirements will be accepted without any issues.

RETURN COSTS

If you're in the UAE, return shipping is on us.

For international orders, please note that you'll need to cover the return shipping charges, customs duties, and any additional fees;

Items can be returned by either:

  1. Reaching out to us via email at info@milicagagic.com, and we'll provide you with detailed return shipping instructions; or
  2. Logging into the My Account/Order History section of the Website.

 

Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we'll promptly notify you via email. If your return is approved, we'll initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

 

CARD PAYMENTS

For card payments, you have the option to choose between a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase and require a receipt with the merchandise in its original condition.

 

CASH PAYMENTS

If you made a cash payment (COD), we only offer store credit or exchange instead of cash refunds. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

REFUND DELAY

In case your refund seems delayed, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company if necessary. Sometimes refunds can take a bit of time to process. If you still haven't received your refund, feel free to reach out to us at info@milicagagic.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

  1. Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange an item. For UAE orders, you have 7 days from receiving the item to initiate an exchange. Please ensure that the items are in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags intact and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.

 

For your convenience, the first collection for exchange within the UAE is free of charge. Starting from the second collection onwards, a nominal fee of AED20 will apply.

 

Unfortunately, we don't offer free exchanges for international orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please treat it as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

 

  1. Faulty Items

We do thorough quality control and inspect each item before sending to you. If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item, please notify our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving it. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. Once our quality control team receives and verifies the item, you will receive a confirmation email.
